International artist Laura Fernandez is a bilingual singer songwriter pianist and visual artist whose heartfelt songs encompass a variety of influences including jazz, Latin, pop, folk and rhythm and blues.

Born in Madrid Spain, Laura Fernandez is an award winning multifaceted artist. Singer, songwriter, producer, radio broadcaster and visual artist, Laura immigrated to Canada as a child but has kept a firm grip on her Spanish roots. Her songs are heartfelt and hold a strong emotional content. She writes in English as well as Spanish and also sings in Poruguese and French. Laura was named the 19 th Canadian Steinway Artist, she is one of only 1600 Worldwide. The Steinway Artist award is presented to artists for excellence in their musical work and devotion to the Steinway brand. Other recipients include Cole Porter, Billy Joel and Diana Krall.
