Winterfolk XXIV
Pre Registration – You will be pre-registered to reduce delays; artist passes (including band members) will be emailed shortly, and your Eventbrite receipt (digital or printed) can be exchanged at the door for a wristband.
Schedule – Please verify your set times using CTRL-F to locate your name in the  Winterfolk XXIV schedule (sorted by time and venue).
Your Agenda – This alternate version of the schedule is sorted by artist name and may be useful for personal planning. Schedule sorted by artist name
Venue Check-In – Please check in with your stage manager at least 30 minutes before your set time; if you have back-to-back sets, the stage manager will likely already be aware from the schedule. ** If you are the opening set, pls arrive at least one hour early for your sound check. 
Instrument Lockup – A supervised, secure area is provided; ID is required when collecting instruments, and items must be retrieved before closing as we cannot assume responsibility for instruments left overnight.
Payout – Payment will be sent by e-transfer to the email on your artist data form; payouts are normally completed within one to two days, though Eventbrite processing may occasionally take slightly longer—please advise email changes to
admin@winterfolk.com.
Merchandise Sales – Winterfolk operates a staffed merch table for artist products (20% festival commission applies); in addition, artists may sell merch from the stage after their set during changeovers (approximately 15 minutes).
Sound Check – We use a festival sound system with a quick line check immediately prior to performance; 
Backline –  Hopefully you have already submitted an accurate stage plot .. which enables to have your setup ready when you take the stage. Backline equipment is provided. 
Set Time Duration – Set times are strictly maintained: sets start on the hour, run 45 minutes, and allow 15-minute changeovers; if you start late, you must still finish at the designated stop time.
Quick Set-Up – Plan for fast changeovers by tuning and pre-assembling gear in advance wherever possible.
